There is news ,we don't know the reason,but everyone is talking about "mental health" was one of it. And as a life coach,I work with people and offering my support .and even just someone wants to get listen to,or want a friend. Today after getting this news, I felt like, I couldn't save him,just because he didn't reach out,not to me but anyone who was available to him or he tried to reach out, but in that very moment, nobody was there for him and those fraction of seconds took one life away. No body knows the exact reason,but according to news, "he was depressed".  He definitely gave signal to people around him,but nobody noticed. Is it something like this happening around you? It was 25th april 2015 around 11.45 am, I was at my hometown  kanpur with my mum and my elder daughter Tanya and I felt something is shaking up like my bed was rocking and I screamed Tanya what are you doing ,the second moment i realised that she is just three years old how can she  move or shake the bed and then I ran towards the balcony as I was on the first floor .I saw people screaming and shouting and lots of fear they were experiencing and got to know that the earthquake of 6.7 Richter scale ( which we got to know later) and then I collected myself and with all my past experiences and all the stories in my head I just rush towards the ground floor by holding my mum and Tanya, And  nothing else was in my mind and when I reach to the ground floor I was carrying my mobile phone and I started calling Dilip and my dad and not for my surprise ,no phones were reachable at that very moment and ,I didn't know what is going to happen and I was blank for 30 to 45 minutes and those momen

2nd June 20 ( Tuesday) Instructional self talk happens when we need to guide ourselves through a specific task, such as learning a new skill.  Motivational self-talk usually is used when we want to psych ourselves up for something challenging; it can help to boost effort or increase confidence.
